Vacation #2 Christmas and New Years

I'm going to visit family, cook delicious food with my ex-chef dad, go out to eat, watch Avatar: The Last Airbender and do a lot of other fun stuff together! I'm sure many think that sounds lame but I'm looking forward to it.

I'll be leaving tomorrow! Don't worry though I'll post some stuff up when I get back. I plan to draw when I get the time to draw!

Kara Studies

Here are some practice drawings of Kara and I hope you enjoy.

I'll get some guy characters up here soon, I rather draw girls (like I said so many times before). I don't know what else to tell you. I have a lot of stuff to do this week but I hope to get more pictures up and maybe a comic too.

Facts:

1. The test comic is still on but I feel like I need to have more pencil drawing practice.
2. The original script for the comic has been scraped. Due to inconsistencies and major plot and character changes that have been made.
3. The whole entire story is going to be planned out to prevent future scraping.
4. There are vampires in the story, but I'm going to do it in a way that is not stupid or romantic. Vampires are suppose to be pure evil and magical creatures that transform into bats. Anything else is a whatever vampire. I'm not sure if I should or not have vampires. There has been a over saturation of vampire movies, novels and TV entertainment lately.
5. The characters have a very different mind set compared to other characters in different comics and graphic novels.
6. I'm thinking of getting the Sketchbook Pro drawing program.

Eavesdropping

This is the better version which is the original picture, not edited or cleared up of messy smudges and etc. So, anyway there you go.

This is the bad version of of the picture, Kara looks like a geisha girl... etc. Also, the program I used to clear up the mess and add the shadows sucked and I'll never to it again! T_T

Anyway, the picture is about Kara and Hisa overhearing a shocking conversation between two men. There is no room for it there, but, you get the idea. Kara is angry and Hisa is shocked; Hisa looks to Kara wondering what she'll do about it. Kara is thinking about her options of what to do.
